Sometimes I’m in the mood to workout. Usually, I’m not. This is where these videos come in.
If you manage to get stretchy clothing on over your body, roll out your yoga mat somewhere with floor space and click on one of these links — chances are, you’ll actually get your body moving! I’m a big believer that 15 minutes does quite a bit for your bod-ay and your psych-ay.
